Wouldn’t you know it!  Brilliant sunsets all week while I’m working late shifts, and when my son and I plan a weekend hill top sunset shoot, the heavens open.  We took a chance and drove from Leighton Buzzard to Bison Hill, near Whipsnade Zoo, and were rewarded with dry weather, and a view of sunset as well as rain showers in the distance.  In keeping with my passion for a monochrome theme, I decided to try a couple of panoramics, and while you may not know it was sunset, the low sun and cloud certainly made for interesting skies.   I used a 1.2ND Grad Filter to darken the skies and keep detail in the countryside.
