HDR for Autumn Colours

Some locations are more tricky to capture through the lens in the way I’d like, so, having learnt from my previous limited efforts with HDR (High Dynamic Range), I decided to try it to capture the colours of Autumn.

Tiddenfoot Lake (an old quarry site reclaimed in the 1960’s), and the Canal alongside are great locations, however the difference in contrast between sky and ground make it difficult to capture features in both.  Although it was a windy day, I’m pleased with the results, and think the movement in the trees has added something to the images. ~ Dale
